We don’t see pintxo as classic Spanish cuisine. While the idea and the way of enjoying food come from Spain, our plates feature primarily regional and seasonal products from our local area. We combine the relaxed Spanish dining culture with the best ingredients from the region—creative, uncomplicated, and always with an eye on the season. To go with it, we offer selected wines from our Bergkellerweine selection—relaxed, casual, and available to order right at the bar.
