Winzerhaus Rebstock – just across the street from the Schwarzer Adler – an inn exemplifying Baden hospitality.
Our menu offers regional dishes, they are simple but good – they are executed to the highest standards and represent fine but down-to-earth Baden cuisine.   Whether it is hicken with sautéed potatoes, salad of marinated veal muzzle, local veal schnitzel or Vorderwälder beef steak,quality and freshness of the ingredients is of prime importance – just as in the Schwarzer Adler. 
From time to time we delve into history and our grandmother’s recipes and list traditional dishes such as pigs‘ trotters braised in red wine, sweet turnips, braised hare, the time-honoured local blanquette de veau and ragout of venison. 
Wines from our own estate Franz Keller Schwarzer Adler  and from other top regional and international winemakers are on our substantial wine list.
