Winzerhaus Rebstock is an archetypal Kaiserstuhl inn. Food is dominated by Baden and Alsace specialities – while these are often rustic the ingredients are impeccably sourced and executed the highest quality standards
The carefully designed wine list is made up of our own estate wines, wines from other regional top wineries and a small selection of German and international wines.

Just across the street from the Schwarzer Adler, Winzerhaus Rebstock counts among the first addresses in the Kaiserstuhl for lovers of authentic regional gastronomy. Whether you are after home-made Alsace Flammkuchen (tarte flambée), salad of marinated veal muzzle, home-made foie gras, chicken with sautéed potatoes, or ragout of locally hunted venison – local dishes that formed the great culinary reputation of our region dominate our menu. On bare, wooden tables in our panelled Stube or in the romantic nooks of the courtyard of this almost 200-year old country inn the huge portion of local Kaiserstuhl charme comes free of charge. In our snug we transmit the most important football matches, overlooked by the original jersey of 1954 world champion Helmut „Boss“ Rahn.
